Squeaking spin bike: The resistance in a spin bike is controlled by one or two blocks that brake the flywheel. If these are no longer properly injected, they can cause a squeaking sound when they pass the flywheel. Therefore, re-inject the blocks with silicone spray. 2\. No resistance: First, check if you hear the engine running (if any). You will hear the motor run very briefly when you increase or decrease the resistance. If you hear the motor turning, all the electronics are fine but the V-belt (the same as a bicycle chain) has come loose. You can then open the housing and put the V-belt/chain back on. Does the spin bike have a motor and you don't hear it running? If so, the motor or display may be faulty. If so, first check that the cable running up the tube is still properly connected. If the cable is still attached properly, replace the display. If that does not solve the problem, then the motor will need to be replaced. 3\. Ticking sound while pedaling: This is probably caused by one of the pedals. Take the pedals apart and put them back together. Be careful, the left pedal should be tightened counterclockwise, the right pedal clockwise. Tighten the pedals firmly. Contact the supplier if the problem is not solved. 4\. Display: There is a battery on the back of the display, if the display stops working then replacing the battery offers the possible solution. 5\. Spinbike slips: If a spinbike with a V-belt slips, the V-belt is not tight enough. There are two ways to tighten the V-belt: 1. 2. 2. The V-belt is not tensioned tight enough.
