# Do I get a warranty if I bought the product from an unofficial Flow Fitness brand dealer?

Flow Fitness has only made agreements with authorized[Flow Fitness dealers](https://web.archive.org/web/20230127142839/https://www.flowfitness.com/dealers/) about the settlement of service and warranty matters. You cannot go to non-authorized dealers for Flow Fitness service and warranty handling. Therefore, always check in advance whether you are dealing with an authorized Flow Fitness dealer. This way you will not be faced with unpleasant surprises.
