1. Missing parts: If you think you are missing certain parts in your package, carefully check the Styrofoam and the device itself. Some parts (bolts, screws, etc.) are already attached to/in the device.
2. Pedals: You tighten a left pedal by turning to the left and a right pedal by turning clockwise to the right. If you tighten the left pedal clockwise, there is a chance that you will damage the threads of this pedal, making it impossible to tighten the pedal.
3. Transport wheels: Make sure the transport wheels are attached to the front of the unit.
4. Allen bolts: Many spin bikes have socket head bolts in them, make sure the socket head wrench is securely in the bolt before applying force to the wrench. This will prevent you from turning the head of the Allen bolt.
5. Message E1: Inside the housing of the spin bike there is a readout sensor near the flywheel that measures speed. This works just like a bicycle computer on a regular bicycle. On the spoke of the wheel is a magnet and on the front fork of the bike is the reading sensor. If the reading sensor is slightly too far from the magnet, the speed cannot be read and code E1 appears on the display. Find the reading sensor in the housing and slide the reading sensor a little more towards the magnet so that it passes close to it.
