How do you assemble a treadmill?

1. Missing parts: If you think you are missing certain parts in your package, carefully check the Styrofoam and the device itself. Some parts (bolts, screws, etc.) are already attached to/in the device.
2. Error message: Make sure all cables are carefully attached. The aluminum legs are very sensitive and these must remain straight. Do you get an error message after mounting your crosstrainer? Then you should straighten these aluminum legs again, this may make the error message disappear.
3. Allen bolts: The treadmills contain Allen bolts, make sure that the Allen wrench is properly inserted into the bolt before applying force to the wrench. This will prevent you from turning the head of the Allen bolt.
4. Treadmill: Make sure the belt of the treadmill has between 5-7 inches of clearance from the treadmill at all times. You can test this by standing in the middle of the belt (on the foot rails) and pulling the belt up on both sides. How to adjust the treadmill tighter is in the manual provided. You can get an audio-visual explanation from your supplier.
