Good to know
- We only process a service request under warranty if you have the purchase invoice.
- If you have submitted a service request and it appears on site that it is an installation or user error, we will charge €85.00 (excl. VAT) for expenses.
- If you use our Dynamic line for your physiotherapy practice, personal training studio, hotel or other commercial purpose, your warranty will expire.
- Parts that are replaced are included in the total warranty period,. There is no separate warranty.
- If your device is out of warranty, but you would like a technician visit, we charge the following costs:
- €150,00 (excl. VAT) call-out/labour costs
- Costs for the used parts
