What is the warranty per product?

Your warranty depends on the date of purchase and the conditions. We provide a warranty against manufacturing or material defects.

 

We provide the following warranty for home use on the Dynamic line:

For home use:
Max. use up to 10 hours a week

We provide a one-year warranty for home use on all fitness accessories.

 

Good to know

  • We only process a service request under warranty if you have the purchase invoice.
  • If you have submitted a service request and it appears on site that it is an installation or user error, we will charge €85.00 (excl. VAT) for expenses.
  • If you use our Dynamic line for your physiotherapy practice, personal training studio, hotel or other commercial purpose, your warranty will expire.
  • Parts that are replaced are included in the total warranty period,. There is no separate warranty.
  • If your device is out of warranty, but you would like a technician visit, we charge the following costs:
    • €150,00 (excl. VAT) call-out/labour costs
    • Costs for the used parts
